30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@afterhours.co with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
