Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? We know you are excited to get your items! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery to the United States takes 7-12 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days.

How can I track my package? As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's tracking portal.

Why did I receive only part of my order? If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers to get them to you faster. Don't worry if packages arrive separately; the rest of your order is on the way!


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that items must be in their original, unused condition.

Who pays for return shipping? As a small business, we require customers to cover the cost of return shipping for non-defective items (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong color).

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We are so sorry! Please email us immediately at support@afterhours.co with a photo of the damaged item. We will ship out a free replacement to you right away—no need to return the broken one.
